Enora Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Enora (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the Enora iOS app. Enora is a personal life museum: you archive photos, videos, and short stories, group them into halls, walk a timeline, and optionally save or share a piece.
1. Information we handle
- Museum content you create: photos and videos you pick from your library, titles, stories, tags, accession numbers, exhibition hall names, and favorites.
- Curator identity you provide: display name and optional avatar photo.
- Preferences: haptic feedback, reduced motion, and related Control Room settings.
- Limited device context used to operate the app: device identifier, app version, system version, model, language, region, and timezone.
- Install measurement data, only if you allow tracking, as described below.
Enora does not use the camera or microphone in the current product. You choose existing photos or videos from the Photo Library.
2. How we use it
We use this information to:
- Archive, display, edit, favorite, and delete your museum pieces and halls.
- Show Lobby, Time Corridor, Collection, Display Case, and Curator’s Office.
- Copy selected media into the app sandbox, and write a cover to Photos only when you tap Save.
- Present the system share sheet when you tap Share; you choose the destination.
- Issue visit settings and keep a session so the app can open.
- Measure app installs and marketing attribution if you allow App Tracking Transparency.
Recording a fragment, applying a restyle scene mat, and playback run in the app. They do not send your photos, videos, or stories to a generation service and do not use AI.
3. Permissions
- Photo Library (read): pick photos and videos for fragments and your curator avatar.
- Photo Library (add): save an archived cover to Photos when you choose Save.
- Tracking: optional. Used only to measure install attribution for analytics.
You can change these permissions in iOS Settings. Denying Photos access limits picking media, setting an avatar, and saving covers. Denying tracking does not block the museum features.
4. Storage
Pieces, halls, curator identity, and preferences are stored in the Enora app sandbox and app preferences. Media files you archive are copies kept by the app.
To open the app, Enora may contact our configuration service with limited device context (identifier, OS, model, language, region, timezone, and environment) and receive visit settings such as the welcome page address. That service does not receive your museum photos, videos, or stories.
5. Tracking and Adjust
If you allow App Tracking Transparency, Enora uses the Adjust SDK to measure installs and marketing attribution. Depending on your choice and iOS settings, Adjust may receive limited device and install information needed for that measurement. Adjust is not used to publish your museum, store your pieces, or show them to other users. You can deny tracking; core museum features still work.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your photos, videos, stories, or curator identity. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers that help operate configuration, session, and analytics (including Adjust for install measurement), only as needed for those purposes.
- Parties required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
When you tap Share, iOS presents the system share sheet and you choose where the item goes.
7. Retention and deletion
Museum data remains until you delete a piece, delete a hall, sign out, or use Delete account in Control Room. Delete account permanently removes pieces, exhibitions, and curator identity stored by Enora. Copies you already saved to Photos or sent through Share are outside the app and are not removed by Delete account.
Visit session data on our configuration service is kept only as long as needed to operate the app, then expired or deleted under ordinary operations.
8. Your choices
- Edit your curator name and avatar in Curator’s Office.
- Delete individual pieces or halls in the museum.
- Sign out or Delete account from Control Room.
- Clear network cache from Control Room.
- Manage Photos and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
9. Children
Enora is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are not permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when Enora features, platform rules, or App Store requirements change. The date above shows the latest version.
