Enora Support Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Support Policy explains how to use Enora and how to get help. Enora is a personal life museum. Related documents: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What Enora does

After Let’s Begin you can:

Enora does not use the camera or microphone. You pick existing photos or videos from the Photo Library. Recording a fragment does not call a generation network.

2. Photos access

Enora asks for Photo Library access so you can pick media, set an avatar, and save a cover when you tap Save. If picking photos fails, open iOS Settings → Enora → Photos and allow access, then try again.

3. Delete account

Delete account in Control Room removes Enora’s museum data. Copies already saved to Photos or sent through Share are not removed by Delete account. Keep your own backups of important photos and videos.

4. Tracking

Tracking is optional and used only to measure app installs. You can deny it; museum features still work. Change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Common issues

6. Sign out and delete

Sign out returns you to the start screen. Delete account permanently removes pieces, exhibitions, and curator identity stored by Enora. This cannot be undone.

7. How we provide support

This page is Enora’s support document for the App Store listing and in-app Control Room. For product questions, first try the steps in Common issues. For privacy or terms questions, use the linked policies above.
