Enora Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Enora iOS app. Enora is a personal life museum for archiving photos, videos, and short stories. By tapping Let’s Begin or otherwise using Enora, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Enora lets you:
- Record fragments as Photo, Video, or Story.
- Add a title, optional notes, tags, and an optional exhibition hall.
- Browse Lobby, Time Corridor, Collection, and Display Case.
- Favorite, edit, save to Photos, share, or delete your own pieces.
- Manage curator identity and Control Room preferences.
Scene mats used when restyling a fragment are generated in the app. Enora does not provide AI generation, a public feed, or in-app purchases in this product.
2. Eligibility
You must be allowed to use the App Store and this app under the laws that apply to you. Enora is not directed to children.
3. Your content
You retain rights in the photos, videos, text, and other materials you archive. You are responsible for that content. You confirm that you have the right to use it in Enora, including picking it from Photos and optionally saving or sharing it.
Do not use Enora to store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use.
4. License to operate the app
You grant Enora a limited license to process your content solely to provide the features you request: display, restyle scene mats, save a copy in the app sandbox, write to Photos when you tap Save, and present the system share sheet when you tap Share.
5. Storage and accounts
Signing out returns you to the start screen. Delete account permanently removes Enora’s museum data (pieces, halls, and curator identity). It does not delete copies already saved to Photos or sent through Share.
6. Permissions
Some features need Photo Library access. Tracking is optional and used only for install measurement as described in the Privacy Policy. You may refuse a permission; related features may be unavailable.
7. Acceptable use
- Use Enora only for lawful, personal archiving.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its configuration service except as allowed by law.
- Do not use Enora to harm others or to violate another person’s rights.
8. Third-party services
Enora may use a configuration service to issue visit settings and may use Adjust for install attribution. Apple system sheets (Photos picker, Share) are provided by iOS. Those services are governed by their own terms where applicable.
9. Availability
Enora is provided as-is. Features, visit settings, and availability may change. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, including museum pieces stored in the app. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important photos and videos.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Contact
